EVENT LOGISTICS & DETAILS

Your Questions Answered

We want show day to be calm, organised, and joyful for every family. Here are clear logistical details regarding arrival windows, parking, venue accessibility, and backstage care.

Have a specific accommodation request? Our event coordinators reply within 24 hours.

Who can attend?

Parents, carers, siblings, grandparents and friends are welcome at showcases and performances (space depends on the venue). Workshops and Holiday Programmes are for participating learners—check the event details to see what’s right for your child.

How do I get tickets?

Get your tickets by clicking on the Get Tickets button and you will be taken to a secure booking link

Is there parking?

Parking and drop-off options vary by venue. Please check the venue notes on the event details page and plan to arrive 15–20 minutes early so your child can settle in confidently. Parking fees or restrictions may apply.

Can siblings and family come?

Yes—these moments are meant to be shared. Siblings and extended family are welcome where the venue allows. If you’re bringing little ones, we recommend sitting near an exit and keeping aisles clear.

What if my child is nervous about performing?

Totally normal—and very common. Our team gently prepares learners in class, keeps the atmosphere encouraging, and celebrates every step (even the small ones). If a child needs a moment off-stage, we support that too. The goal is confidence, not perfection.
